基于中医“治未病”思想探讨慢性前列腺炎的防治

Prevention and Control of Chronic Prostatitis based on Thoughts of “Preventive Treatment of Disease” of TCM

慢性前列腺炎是男科的常见病、多发病。现基于中医＂治未病＂思想,从＂未病先防＂＂既病防变＂＂瘥后防复＂等方面探讨慢性前列腺炎的防治。如＂未病先防＂中强调＂无病而防＂及＂因病而防＂。＂既病防变＂中强调慢性前列腺炎的传变、用药规律及中医药辨证论治。＂瘥后防复＂中强调日常防护及康复治疗等,以期为中医药防治本病提供新的思路与方法。

Chronic prostatitis is a common disease in males. Preventing and controling of chronic prostatitis based on thoughts of＂preventive treatment of disease＂in TCM,including preventing the onset,preventing exacerbating and preventing recurrence.For examplewhen preventing the onset,we should emphasize the ideas of preventing the occurrence and development. When preventing exacerbating,we should emphasize the process of chronic prostatitis and the rule of medicine and the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation. When preventing the recurrence after recovery,we should emphasize the daily protection and rehabilitation treatment. We are looking forward to providing new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
