摘要
目的:研究白车轴草中黄酮类化合物的离子液体-超声辅助提取的最佳工艺。方法:以白车轴草中黄酮类含量为指标,使用单因素和正交实验优化黄酮的提取工艺。结果:离子液体-超声辅助提取白车轴草中黄酮的最佳工艺为:白车轴草粉末加入0.25 mol/L的1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐[BMIM][BF4]、提取90 min,料液比为25 mg/mL。结论:离子液体-超声辅助提取法提取白车轴草中黄酮稳定、可行。
Objective:To study the best technology of extraction flavonoids from White clover by ionic liquids based ultrasonic assisted extraction method. Methods:The flavonoids content in white clover were as indicators. By using the single factor and orthogonal experiment,we optimized the extraction process of flavonoids. Results:The best technology of extraction flavonoids from White clover by ionic liquids based ultrasonic assisted extraction is the extraction solvent of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [BMIM][BF4]with the concentration of 0. 25 mol/L,extraction time 90 min and solvent to solid ratio 25 mg/mL.Conclusion:By using ionic liquids based ultrasonic assisted extraction method,we extract flavonoids from White clover stably and feasibly.
