基于数据挖掘技术探讨王守富教授治疗高血压病中药用药分析

Analysis on Medication Rule of WANG Shoufu Treating Hypertension Based on Data Mining

目的：探讨王守富教授治疗高血压病中医用药规律及关联性。方法：收集王守富教授门诊处方495张,构建相应处方数据库,运用相关软件,分析处方中各种药物之间的关联性。结果：统计出单味中药使用频率≥12次的药物,使用频率≥12次的药物种类,活血化瘀药及化痰祛湿药的使用情况,常用二联药对及三联药对的使用情况,以及常用药物总结。结论：处方中以2味药和3味药使用最为普遍,且疗效理想,具有较高临床参考价值;同时,处方组方以活血化瘀药和化痰祛湿药为主,也确立了以化痰活血法为主的基本治则,且根据临床症状,随症加减药物。

Objective：To investigate the medication rule and relevance of professor WANG Shoufu＇s treatment of hypertension.Methods：A total of 495 outpatient prescriptions of Professor WANG Shoufu were collected to construct the corresponding prescription database. By the use of relevant software,we made the correlation analysis on various drug prescriptions. Results：We got the single drugs which the use frequency was more than 12 times and the types of these drugs. We also summarized the application of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs and phlegm-resolving and damp-eliminating drugs and the commonly-used pair drugs as well as triple drugs. The commonly-used drugs were also summed up. Conclusion：Pair drugs as well as triple drugs are commonly used in the prescriptions and the curative effect is ideal,with high clinical value. At the same time,the prescriptions are mainly consisted of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs and phlegm-resolving and damp-eliminating drugs,and make modification according to the clinical symptoms.
