桫椤茎干止咳祛痰作用研究

Study on Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Alsophila Spinulosa

目的：研究桫椤茎干乙醇提取物的止咳、祛痰作用。方法：将小鼠随机分为阳性对照组（小儿清肺化痰颗粒）、正常组和桫椤茎干浸膏高、中、低剂量组（3.34 g·kg^-1,1.67 g·kg^-1,0.84 g·kg^-1）,连续给药1周后采用小鼠氨水引咳法观察小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期及2 min内的咳嗽次数;采用小鼠气管段酚红法观察药物对小鼠的祛痰作用。结果：桫椤浸膏高、中剂量可显著延长氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,减少小鼠2 min内咳嗽次数（P〈0.01）,增加小鼠离体气管酚红排泌量（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：桫椤茎干具有明显的止咳祛痰作用。

Objective：To study the effect of the antitussive and expectorant of ethanol extract of Alsophila spinulosa. Methods：Mice were randomly divided into control group,positive control group and high,medium and low dose groups of Alsophila spinulosa（3. 34 g·kg^-1,1. 67 g·kg^-1,0. 84 g·kg^-1）,administered continuously for one week. Then the cough incubation period and the number of cough in 2 min were observed by the method of mice ammonia water. The expectorant effect of mouse trachea phenolsulfonphthalein was observed in mice. Results： The high and middle dose could significantly prolong the latent period of cough induced by ammonia water in mice to reduce the frequency of cough within 2 min（ P〈0.01） and increase phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of isolated trachea of mice（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Alsophila spinulosa has obvious antitussive and expectorant effects.
