骨质疏松性压缩骨折经皮椎体成形术围手术期的功能锻炼指导 被引量:3

摘要 总结了53例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折椎体成形术患者围手术期功能锻炼指导方法,包括平卧时翻身、四肢运动及肌肉功能锻炼,腰背肌肉功能锻炼,起床方法及出院后持续功能锻炼,认为通过早期合理功能锻炼,可及时有效的恢复患者的运动能力,可尽早下地活动,避免了长时间卧床的并发症,同时增强了患者战胜疾病的信心。
