摘要
目的探讨肺癌中医护理方案的临床应用效果。方法采用自身前后对照设计评价310例肺癌患者实施肺癌中医护理方案前后主要症状的变化情况。结果肺癌患者9种主要症状于肺癌中医护理方案实施后均有好转,前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中,方案对患者实用性强或较强的占72%。结论肺癌中医护理方案对改善肺癌患者症状有一定作用,且方案具有较强的实用性。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） nursing program for lung cancer.Methods A one-group pretest-posttest design was adopted to examine the differences of symptom severity before and after implementing the TCM nursing program in 310 patients with lung cancer.Results All of the 9 symptoms in lung cancer patients were significantly alleviated after implementing the TCM nursing program（P〈0.01）.In addition,the program was applicable to 72% of all patients. Conclusion The TCM nursing program for lung cancer is applicable and has some effect on alleviating symptom severity in lung cancer patients.
