摘要 基于互补型开口谐振环结构,圆形CSRR结构实现负磁导率,利用其谐振特性,通过级联的形式设计了一款微带滤波器。在此滤波器基础上设计了新型伞状(DGS)结构及传统哑铃型DGS结构,提高了寄生通带的抑制,结构更加紧凑,具有超宽阻带的特点。利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对这种结构进行仿真分析,结果表明低通滤波器3dB截止点为2.001GHz,插入损耗0.89dB,在3.6GHz处的阻带抑制达到72.7dB,带外抑制一直到16GHz均大于30dB,从而实现了设计DGS结构改善滤波器寄生通带抑制。 Based on the structure of complementary split ring resonator(CSRR),a circular CSRR structure is used to realize the negative permeability,and using its resonant characteristics,a microstrip filter is designed in a cascaded form.A new type of umbrella-shaped defected-ground-structure(DGS)and a traditional dumbbell-shaped DGS are designed to improve the suppression of parasitic pass-bands.The structure is more compact and features an ultra-wide stop band.The three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS was used to simulate and analyze the structure.The results show that the low-pass filter's 3 dB-cutoff-point is 2.001 GHz,the insertion-loss is 0.89 dB,the stop-band-rejection at the 3.6 GHz is 72.7 dB,and the out-of-band rejection is up to 16 GHz.Both are greater than30 dB,thus enabling the design of a DGS structure to improve the filter's parasitic pass band rejection.
