摘要 随着智能气表在民用领域的广泛应用,低功耗成为电池供电的智能气表的关键技术指标,提出了一种智能气表功耗检测的方案,通过对智能气表耗电模型的分析,制定了以电流测量为基础的检测方法,并进行了功耗检测系统的实现,该系统由上位机软件和下位机硬件系统组成,上位机软件由C#编写,负责控制下位机进行测试和分析测试结论,下位机由多路控制器、数字万用表和抄表器组成,负责唤醒智能气表和进行测试。实际测试表明,该测试系统可以测试微安级别的电流和毫安级别的瞬时电流,达到了智能气表功耗检测的要求,并已经投入使用。 With the wide use of smart gas meters in the civil field,low power consumption has become a key technical indicator of battery-powered smart gas meters.In this paper,a scheme of power consumption detection is proposed,by analyzing the smart meter power consumption model,developed a measurement method based on current measurement,and implemented the power consumption detection system;the system is made up of host computer software and lower computer hardware system.The PC software is written by C#,which is responsible for controlling the lower machine to test and analyze the test conclusion.The slave computer is composed of multi-channel controller,digital multimeter and meter reading device,which is responsible for awakening the intelligent gas meter and testing.The actual test shows that the test system can test the microamperes level current and the milliamperes level transient current,and it achieve the requirements of the intelligent gas meter power consumption detection,and has been put into operation.
