摘要
为了提高65Mn表面镀层的质量和性能,利用电喷镀技术在65Mn表面制备了Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层,测试了镀层的显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能,探讨了镀层在50 g/L的NaCl溶液中不同时刻的腐蚀规律,且进行了热处理前后镀层硬度的对比。结果表明:65Mn基体表面可以制得较光亮、均匀和致密的Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层,热处理后镀层硬度显著提高,喷射电沉积Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层具有较好的耐磨性及耐蚀性。
In order to increase the quality and properties of coating on the surface of 65Mn, Ni-Co-P/BN composite coatings were prepared on the surface of 65Mn by jet electrodeposition. The micro-hardness and friction and wear behavior of the Ni- Co-P/BN composite coatings were characterized, and the corrosion resistance of coatings in the solution of 50 g/L NaCl for different moments was studied. In addition, the hardness of the coating before and after heat treatment was compared. Results showed that the Ni-Co-P/BN composite coating with bright, uniform and dense structure could be prepared on the 65Mn substrate. After the heat treatment, the hardness of coatings was higher than that of the 65Mn substrate. The Ni- Co-P/BN composite coating possessed better friction wear and corrosion resistance.
