3种奥氏体不锈钢在一级反渗透海水中的耐蚀性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比奥氏体不锈钢在淡化海水中的耐蚀性,优选出适合存储、输送淡化海水的管路材料,通过腐蚀浸泡试验、电化学极化试验对比研究了316L、304、321 3种典型奥氏体不锈钢在一级反渗透海水中的耐蚀性。结果表明:在不同温度、总溶解固体(TDS)和硬度的一级反渗透海水溶液中,与304、321不锈钢相比,316L不锈钢的腐蚀速率最小,具有良好的耐点蚀能力,表面钝化膜成膜能力较好;相对于温度和TDS,硬度是影响不锈钢耐蚀性最重要的因素。 In order to compare the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steels in desalination seawater, the best materials for storing and conveying desalinated water were chosen. In this paper, the corrosion resistance of three kinds of typical stainless steels (316L, 304 and 321 ) in primary reverse osmosis seawater was studied by corrosion immersion test and electrochemical polarization test. Results showed that the corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel was the smallest in the first-order reverse osmosis solution with different temperatures, total dissolved solids (TDS) and hardness. Besides, 316L stainless steel had good pitting resistance and good passivation film forming ability. Compared with temperature and TDS, hardness was an important factor affecting the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
