临床医护人员输血申请流程及相关知识认知调查

Cognition analysis on blood transfusion application procedures in clinical medical staff:a cross sectional study

目的调查与分析长沙市某三级甲等医院临床医护人员对输血申请流程与相关知识的认知情况。方法选取长沙市某三级甲等医院的医护人员227名,采用自行设计问卷进行调查,问卷内容包括调查对象的一般情况、输血申请流程与相关知识认知调查问卷。结果医护人员缺乏血液保存等知识;对特殊血液制品应用的流程和知识认知度低;医生较护士的认知水平低。结论应通过多种形式加强医护人员对输血申请流程、血液冷链和特殊血液制品等知识的培训,加强输血全流程的监管。

Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition degree of the application procedures and related knowledge of blood transfusion in clinical medical staff in a tertiary A-grade hospital in Changsha. Methods A total of 227 clinical medical staff were investigated from a tertiary A-grade hospital in Changsha. A self-designed questionnaire survey was performed to collect information for data analysis. Results The staff investigated lacked the knowledge of blood preservation and presented low awareness of certain procedures/knowledge of special blood products. The cognition degree of doctors was even worse than the nurses＇. Conclusion We should enhance the training of clinical medical staff in the blood transfusion application procedures,blood cold-chain and special blood products through various methods. The procedure supervision of blood transfusion needs to be improved as well.
