摘要
目的探究新生儿黄疸患儿的胆红素水平与心肌损伤的关系。方法选取92例轻度新生儿黄疸患儿、144例中度新生儿黄疸患儿和115例重度新生儿黄疸患儿分别组成轻度组、中度组和重度组。应用AIA900全自动免疫分析仪测定j组患儿血清中心肌酶谱水平。结果重度新生儿黄疽患儿血清中的心肌酶肌酸激酶同丁酶(CKMB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α—HBDH)水平均不同程度高于轻度新生儿黄疽组及中度新生儿黄疸组。结论新生儿黄疸会造成心肌细胞损伤,早期积极检测心肌酶谱,并及时干预,可防止心肌细胞进一步损伤。
Objective To explore the relationship between bilirubin levels and myocardial injury in neonates with jaundice. Methods There are 92 cases of mild neonatal jaundice, 144 cases of moderate neonatal jaundice and 115 cases of severe neonatal jaundice, which constitute the mild, moderate, and severe groups. AIA900 automatic immunoassay analyzer was used to measure serum levels of myocardial enzymes in the three groups of patients. Results The serum levels of myocardial enzymes creatine kinase isoenzyme (CKMB), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate transaminase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) were significantly higher in children with severe neonatal jaundice than in those with mild neonatal jaundice and those with moderate neonatal jaundice. Conclusion Neonatal jaundice can cause myocardial cell damage. Early detection of myocardial enzymes, and timely intervention can prevent further damage to myocardial cells.
