弥散加权成像对原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的辅助诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Diffusion-Weighted Imaging in Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

目的分析归纳原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（PCNSL）的常规磁共振成像及弥散加权成像（DWI）特征。方法回顾性分析16例手术病理证实的PCNSL的常规磁共振成像特点，测量病灶表观扩散系数（ADC）值，统计学分析病灶的ADC值特点。结果16例PCNSL的ADC值（0．628±0．093）×10^-3mm／s。结论ADC值测量对PCNSL的诊断具有一定的价值。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of primary central nervous system lymphoma （PCNSL） in conventional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion weighted imaging （DWI）. Methods The characteristics of 16 cases of PCNSL confirmed by surgical pathology in conventional magnetic resonance imaging were retrospectively analyzed. The apparent diffusion coefficient （ADC） of the lesions was measured and the ADC value characteristics of the lesions were statistically analyzed. Results The ADC value of 16 cases of PCNSL was （0.628± 0.093）×10^-3mm/s. Conclusion ADC value measurement has a certain value for diagnosis of PCNSL.
