摘要
本科生导师制最早起源于英国的牛津大学,后引入新中国教学体系中,并在一定程度上展现出不俗的成果。然而对于我国部分高校来说,本科生导师制的执行效果一般,形式大于意义。本文从本科生导师制的核心思想出发,探讨其在国内教育大环境下实施效果不佳的原因,同时分析其在临床医学高等教育中的独特优势,并结合本科生导师制的特殊性来评估其在心血管内科电生理专科培训中的应用前景。
The undergraduate tutorial system first originated from Oxford University in England,and then was introduced to the teaching system of New China,showing great achievement to a certain extent. However,its executive effect at home is general for a majority of institutions of higher education,and the form seems to be greater than the meaning. Starting from the core idea of the undergraduate tutorial system,this paper investigates the reasons why the system failed to function well in the domestic educational settings,analyzes its unique advantages in the higher education of clinical medicine,and also evaluates its application prospect in the professional training of cardiovascular medicine and electrocardiology specialty combining its particularity.
