摘要
目的分析低温等离子技术手段治疗儿童OSAHS的效果。方法选取2016年7月至2017年6月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的68例OSAHS患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。观察组接受低温等离子系统辅助下双侧扁桃体及腺样体切除术,对照组接受常规双侧扁桃体剥离、腺样体刮除术,分析两组患者的手术效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(97. 06%)高于对照组(82. 35%)(P <0. 05);观察组患儿手术时间[(37. 64±4. 59) min]短于对照组[(58. 42±8. 63) min],住院时间[(4. 29±3. 15) d]短于对照组[(7. 18±2. 36) d],术中出血量[(18. 26±6. 47)ml]少于对照组[(42. 78±3. 51)ml],患儿术后3 d VAS评分[(2. 07±1. 24)分]低于对照组[(4. 23±1. 18)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患儿术后并发症发生率(17. 64%)低于对照组(32. 35%)(P <0. 05)。结论低温等离子技术治疗儿童OSAHS的效果显著,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effects on low temperature plasma in treatment of the children with obstructive sleep ap- nea - hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods The 68 cases of children with OSAHS in Children Hospital Affiliated to Zheng- zhou University- from July of 2016 to June of 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine adenoidectomy, and the observation group was treated with plasm radiofrequen- ey at low temperature. The operation effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (97.06%) was significantly higher than that of the eontwl group (82. 35 % ) (P 〈 0. 05 ). The operation time of the observation group [ ( 37.64 ± 4. 59 ) min] was significantly less than that of the control group [ ( 58.42 ± 8.63 ) min] (P 〈 0. 05 ). The hospitalization time of the observation group [ (4. 29 ± 3.15 ) d ] was significantly less than that of the control group [ ( 7. 18 ±2. 36) d ] ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group [ ( 18.26 ± 6.47 ) ml ] was significandy less than that in the control group [ (42.78 ±3.51 ) ml ] (P 〈 0.05 ). The degree of pain in 3 day-s after operation in the observation group[ (2. 07 ± 1.24) scores] was significantly lighter than that in the control group[ (4. 23 ± 1.18 ) scores] (P 〈 0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications were significantly less in the observation group( 17. 64% ) than in the control group (32. 35 % ) (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma technology on children OS- AHS is significant, which can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and reduce the incidence of complica- tions. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application.
