腹腔镜下胃大部切除术对老年胃癌患者的应用效果被引量：2

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜下胃大部切除术(LADG)对老年胃癌患者的应用效果。方法选取驻马店市第一人民医院收治的156例老年胃癌患者,按手术方案分为两组,各78例。对照组接受传统开腹切除术治疗,观察组接受LADG治疗,治疗后对比两组手术情况和并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时长、下床时间和进食时间均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组术后并发症发生率(5. 23%)较对照组(23. 08%)低(P <0. 05)。结论与传统开腹切除术相比,LADG治疗老年胃癌,可缩短手术时长,优化手术过程,降低并发症发生率。
