摘要 铁路铺轨施工是铁路建设中的一个关键环节,新建线路一次性铺设长钢轨的应用越来越普及,研究与应用新型高效的现代化铺架机械和施工技术以及科学的组织与管理方法成了必然趋势。轨道的高平顺性对提高运营质量效果显著,少维修和免维修轨道对提高运营效益作用巨大。500m长钢轨的铺设技术难度大,对设备和工艺要求高,焊接质量、无缝线路的应力放散和锁定等都是一个较新的课题。为解决500m长轨无缝线路施工技术问题,本文详细阐述了500m长轨的铺设、焊接、放散与锁定等关键技术问题,为解决长轨无缝线路施工技术问题提供技术参考。 Railway track construction is a key of the construction of a railway line. The laying of a long rail in one time is more and more popular in newly constructed railway. The application of new efficient modem track paving apparatus, construction technology, scientific organization and management etc., has become an inevitable trend. The smoothness of track has a great effect on the operation quality. The low frequency of maintenance has a great effect on the operation efficiency. The laying technology of 500m long rail is difficult, and the related equipments and process are required to be of good quality. Welding quality, stress release and locking of continuous welded rail(CWR) are all relatively new topics. In order to solve the technical problems of 500m long CWR construction, the key technology of rail laying, welding, stress releasing and locking are all described in detail, and can provide technical references for CWR construction.
