规范化护理流程在脑胶质瘤患者预防医院感染中的应用

Clinical effect of standardized nursing procedures on prevention of nosocomial infections in patients with glioma

目的探讨实施规范化护理流程对脑胶质瘤患者预防医院感染的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月收治的2262例接受放疗、化疗的脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,其中2016年1-12月1 092例患者为对照组,实施常规护理;2017年1-12月1 170例患者为试验组,在常规护理基础上,实施规范化护理流程,采用统计软件对两组患者医院感染发生率和骨髓抑制程度情况进行分析。结果试验组医院感染率为0.94%,低于对照组的医院感染率2.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.180,P=0.023);两组患者均出现不同程度的骨髓抑制,对照组患者骨髓抑制程度重于试验组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.429,P=0.015)。结论对脑胶质瘤患者实施规范化护理流程,可以降低患者的医院感染率,减轻患者的骨髓抑制程度。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of standardized nursing procedures on prevention of nosocomial infections in patients with glioma.METHODS A total of 2262 patients with glioma who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hospital from Jan 2016 to Dec 2017 were recruited as the study sujects,1092 patients who were given conventional nursing from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 were assigned as the control group,while 1170 patients who were treated with standardized nursing procedures on basis of the conventional nursing from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 were set as the experimental group.The incidence of nosocomial infections and degree of bone marrow suppression of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infections of the experimental group was 0.94%,lower than 2.11% of the control group,and there was significant difference（χ^2=5.180,P=0.023）.Both groups of patients had different degree of bone marrow suppression,and the bone marrow suppression of the control group was severer than that of the experimental group,and there was significant difference（Z=-2.429,P=0.015）.CONCLUSION The standardized nursing procedures may reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients with glioma and relieve the degree of bone marrow suppression.
