集束化护理在神经内镜治疗脑室内感染患者术后持续脑室冲洗的护理研究

Effect of cluster nursing on postoperative sustained ventricular lavage of intraventricular infection patients treated with neuroendoscopy

目的探讨集束化护理在神经内镜治疗脑室内感染患者术后持续脑室冲洗护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2013年1月-2016年12月62例脑室感染患者作为研究对象,按照数字表法分成两组,各31例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予集束化护理干预,比较两组患者干预效果、脑室内感染的改善情况及术后不良反应发生情况。结果试验组术后总有效率83.87%优于对照组的70.96%(χ~2=2.923,P<0.05);经不同护理干预后,两组患者炎性指标水平均有所改善,试验组患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞(WBC)等炎性指标水平均低于对照组,改善程度χ~2=3.157,P<0.05);试验组患者满意度评分(9587±2.00)分高于对照组(89.41±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.629,P<0.05)。结论集束化干预应用于神经内镜治疗脑室内感染患者术后持续脑室冲洗,能够有效改善脑室内感染情况,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应及并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of cluster nursing on postoperative sustained ventricular lavage of intraventricular infection patients treated with neuroendoscopy.METHODS A total of 62 patients with ventricular infection who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2016 were recruited as the study sujects and randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the experimental group was given cluster nursing.The interventional effect,infection indexes and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.87%,higher than 70.96% of the control group（χ^2=2.923,P〈0.05）.The levels of inflammatory indexes of both groups of patients were improved after the nursing interventions;the levels of C-reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）and white blood cell（WBC）were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group and were improved more significantly（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions of the experimental group was 6.46%,lower than 25.81% of the control group（χ^2=3.157,P〈0.05）.The score of satisfaction of the experimental group was（9587±2.00）points,hsignificantly igher than（89.41±2.36）points of the control group（t=3.629,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe cluster interventions may effectively reduce the incidence of intraventricular infection in the neuroendoscopy patients during the postoperative sustained ventricular lavage,improve curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and complications and raise the patients＇ satisfaction.
