摘要
《论黄河挽回故道》和《郑州决河私议》是新发现的有关黄河治理的两篇文章,作者邵作舟当时是周馥的幕僚。与其它黄河治理的历史文献相比,邵作舟提出的观点与很多朝臣督抚有所不同,体现了作者独有的见识和科学的精神,在治黄史的研究上,我们应该给予他充分的肯定。
＂On the Yellow River to Restore the Old＂ and ＂Zhengzhou Jue River Plot＂ is two articles about the Yellow River’s new found governance, author Shao Zuo-zhou was a chief of staff Zhou Fu. Compared with the Yellow River’s another governance historical documents, Shao Zuo-zhou has a different view with many courtiers governors, shows the author’s unique insight and the spirit of science, we should give sufficient affirmation to his research on the history of the Yellow River.
