青岛豆金河中水回用作为热电厂循环冷却水 被引量:5

Reuse of Doujinhe Reclaimed Wastewater as Cooling Water of Thermal Power Plant in Qingdao

摘要 基于青岛水资源短缺的现状,建设了胶南豆金河中水回用工程。该工程以金河污水厂出水为原水,采用自主研发的"超滤+纳滤"深度处理工艺,处理出水主要回用作热电厂循环冷却水。运行结果表明,出水COD≤15 mg/L、BOD5≤3 mg/L、氨氮≤0. 5 mg/L、TP≤0. 1 mg/L,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅱ类水质标准,完全满足工业用水和市政杂用水水质要求,运行成本为2. 238元/m^3。 Doujinhe reclaimed wastewater reuse project was constructed in Jiaonan district, based on the shortage of water resources in Qingdao. Jinhe sewage plant effluent was used as the raw water, and the advanced treatment process of uhrafihration and nanofihration was developed and adopted. Effluent was reused as the cooling water of a thermal power plant. Operation results showed that the effluent COD, BODs, NH3 - N and TP were no more than 15 mg/L, 3 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 0.1 rag/L, respectively. The effluent quality could reach level I1 of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838 -2002), which can fully satisfy the requirements of industrial and municipal miscellaneous water quality. The operating cost was 2. 238 yuan/m^3.
