变形织针矫正模拟与试验研究

摘要 随机挑选一批次G104变形织针,统计其变形规律,对不同变形量的变形织针进行弹塑性有限元分析,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立织针变形矫正模型,模拟加载-卸载过程,得到变形织针受力后的应力应变分布以及不同变形量织针使用同一矫形轮廓的结果,进而得到变形织针的反向过量矫正夹具的轮廓形状。基于模拟分析结果得出的矫形轮廓进而设计加工机械矫正夹具,利用静压力设备进行实际试验,对比模拟与试验的结果,得到模拟与试验结果基本一致的结论,进而可知利用有限元模拟分析可进行此类零件矫形的前期工作。 Randomly selecting a batch of deformed G104 needle,based on the deformation rule of G104 needle,elastic-plastic finite element analysis was carried out for deformed knitting needle with different deformation amounts. ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish the knitting needle deformation correction model. By simulating the loading and unloading process,the stress and strain distributions of the knitting needle were obtained and the same orthopaedic contours for different deformation amounts were obtained.Then the contour shape of the fixture with reversed and excessive correction for deformed knitting needle was obtained. Based on the simulation analysis results of the orthopaedic profile,the correcting fixture was designed and machined. The static pressure equipment was used for practical test. By comparing the results of simulation and experiment,the results of simulation and experiment are basically the same.It can be concluded that the early work of such parts can be carried out by using finite element simulation analysis.
