摘要
针对以往现场对于二次冷轧机组直喷系统轧前带钢表面析出油膜厚度没有理论模型、影响润滑控制的问题,结合二次冷轧机组直喷系统的设备与工艺特点,在引入乳化液浓度析出率与乳化液流量剩余率概念的基础上,建立了一套适合于二次冷轧直喷系统的轧前带钢表面油膜厚度模型。选择典型规格产品定量分析了乳化液流量密度、乳化液浓度、乳化液析出距离、带钢入口轧制速度对带钢上下表面油膜厚度的影响,并将其应用到某1220二次冷轧机组的生产实践,编制出了相应的模型计算软件,使用效果良好,给企业创造了较大的经济效益。
In light of no theoretical model for the plate-out oil film thickness on strip surface of direct application system and the problem that the oil thickness affected lubrication control in double cold rolling,after fully combining the equipment and technological characteristics,based on the concept of emulsion concentration plate-out rate and flow residual rate,a model of plate-out oil film thickness on strip surface of direct application system in double cold rolling was established. Then,the effects of emulsion flow density,emulsion concentration,emulsion plate-out distance and strip entry rolling velocity on the oil film thickness on top and bottom strip surface were quantitatively analyzed with typical specification products. This model was applied to the production practice of a 1220 double cold reduction mill with the corresponding compiled model calculation software,which achieved good using effect and created a great economic benefit for the enterprise.
