基于多体系统理论的闸式剪板机误差分析 被引量:2

摘要 板料制品的制造精度取决于剪板机床的剪切精度,在设计制造过程对剪板机的位置和运动模型进行准确表达和分析有利于改善板料成形精度。以闸式剪板机为研究对象,基于多体系统理论,对闸式剪板机的拓扑结构和几何结构进行了描述;给出了其重要组成构件之间的位姿、运动和误差的表达式,建立了闸式剪板机的运动模型;以一阶敏感度函数为理论基础,对求出的运动模型进行了敏感度分析;找出了位置误差和运动误差的主要误差源,为闸式剪板机设计制造过程中的误差控制和补偿提供了理论依据,并据此在闸剪结构设计中采用三点支承、斜面导轨等措施,有效提高了机床精度。 Manufacturing precision of sheet products directly depends on the accuracy of shearing machine. Accurate expression and analysis of pose and movement module contribute to precision of plates during the designing and manufacturing. Taking braking-type shearing mechine as the cbject,topology and geometric structure of the braking-type plate shearing machine were described based on multi-body system theory. The dynamic model was built on the basis of general expression of pose,movement and error of the key components of the machine and the sensitivity of the obtained dynamic model was analyzed based on first-order sensitivity function. Main error source of the pose and movement error was finally identified,which provided theoretical evidences for measures of controlling and compensocting error during the designing and manufacturing. According to this,three points support and inclined guide were adopted in the designing of braking-type plate shearing machine to effectively improve precision of the machine.
