Technological innovation has a strong impetus to the development of rare earth resources and environment,industrial structure,management system.The development and application of advanced technology and high-end technical equipment of rare earth industry promote the green transformation of rare earth upstream industry and application upgrading of rare earth downstream industry; with the development of information technology and the integration of information and industrialization,the production and management mode of rare earth industry has been converted to the technology and standardization,which enhanced industrial efficiency.To exert the strong endogenous power of technical innovation,the industry should focus on the transformation of mining and smelting of rare earth and high-end application development,strengthening cooperation among enterprises,universities and research institutes.
