X波段发夹型带通滤波器设计

摘要 发夹型微带滤波器由于结构简单、尺寸紧凑、工作性能稳定等特点而在微波通信系统中得到广泛应用。文中通过介绍发夹型滤波器的理论计算,结合ADS进行优化仿真,设计了10.8GHz^12GHz带通滤波器。最后通过实物测试,滤波器在中心频率、带宽、带外抑制方面,实测结果和ADS版图仿真基本一致。 Hairpin microstrip filters are widely used in microwave communication systems due to their simple structure,compact size and stable performance.By introducing the theoretical calculation of hairpin filter and optimizing simulation with ADS,a10.8 G Hz^12 GHz bandpass filter was designed.Finally,through physical testing,the measured results are basically consistent with the ADS layout simulation in terms of central frequency,bandwidth and out of band suppression.
