摘要
电力营销工作关乎供电企业的正常发展,其工作质量高低评定取决于电费是否能按时、足额回收。因此,伴随而来的电费风险管理工作越来越受到供电企业关注。文中立足于电力营销全过程风险,重点分析了与电费相关的电费风险管理工作,具体研究如何制定风险管理体系,详细论述了管理体系流程的各个部分,即风险识别、风险评估、风险控制体系制定以及对风险控制目标的效果评估。通过对以上步骤的论述,验证电费风险管理体系的合理性。
The power marketing work is related to the normal development of the power supply enterprise.The evaluation of its quality depends on whether the electricity charges can be recovered on time and in full.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the risk management of electricity charge.Based on the whole process risk of power marketing,this paper analyzed the risk management of electricity charges related to electricity charges,and specifically studied how to develop risk management system.It also discussed in detail the various parts of the management system process,namely,risk identification,risk assessment,risk control system formulation and the evaluation of the effect of risk control targets.The rationality of the electricity risk management system is verified through reasonable discussion of the above steps.
