当前,精益化管理思想已被广泛应用于各行业。电力工业是国计民生的基础产业,随着电力市场的拓展和国企体制改革的进一步深化,国网垄断行业的趋势已逐渐淡化,电力企业的相互竞争越来越明显。原有的电费收取模式已不能适应市场的变化和满足用户的需求。因此,将精益管理思想应用到电网企业电费管理之中,分析精益管理模式给企业带来的实际效益。

In today＇s world,lean management has been applied in many different industries,especially in manufacturing,which has caused a wave of lean thinking transformation and achieved remarkable results,but it is seldom used in service industries.Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economy and people＇s livelihood.With the increase of electric power market and the further deepening of state-owned enterprise system reform,the trend of state-owned network monopoly industry has become increasingly faded,and the competition among electric power enterprises is increasingly obvious.The original electricity charge model can＇t adapt to the changes and demands of the market,so it is urgent to adopt a new scientific model.This paper applies lean management thought to the electricity tariffs of power grid enterprises,and studies the actual benefits brought by lean management mode to enterprises.
