The Effect of Incremental Distribution Service on Power Development

2015年3月15日,国务院发布《关于进一步深化电力体制改革的若干意见》,我国电力体制改革由此开启。直至今日,已有195个地区作为试点。笔者针对许多试点项目,开展了相关的调研,分析改革过程中存在的问题,为相关从业人员提供参考。国家需要不断完善相关的法律和法规,逐步解决电价交叉问题,促进电力系统的发展。

On March 15,2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued several opinions on further deepening the reform of the electric power system（Zhongfa [2015] No. 9, also known as ＂Zhongfa No. 9＂）,which officially opened the curtain of deepening the reform of the electric power system.At present,195 pilot projects have been approved one after another.Recently,the author has conducted research on some pilot projects,feeling that while achieving results in the pilot reform of incremental distribution service,some problems need to be paid attention to,such as establishing and perfecting power laws and regulations,and solving problems such as electricity price crossing,etc.I hope the study of this paper can help the stable development of the relevant practitioners and countries.
