The ＂HUANG Liming＇s Rapid Replacement Method for the Wheels of Annular Cooler Trough＂ implemented in Sintering Shop 4 of Sintering Plant of Liuzhou Steel was introduced. After the implementation of this method, the replacement time for the wheels of the cooler trough is shortened from about 2 h to 0.5 h. During the period of replacement, the sintering machine does not stop, and the waste heat power generation boiler of annular cooler can run continuously.
