介绍贾春生教授治疗失眠三则病案，分别为肝胆郁火、亢阳扰神型，心肾不交偏肾阴亏虚型，肝郁化火、脾胃不足型。展示不同病机下贾春生教授灵活多变的治疗思路和方法，为临床医师治疗失眠提供治疗经验和方法的借鉴，从而提高临床效果。

In this paper, professor JIA Chunsheng＇s multiple treatment thoughts and methods for insomnia under different pathogenesis were shown through the three proven cases of insomnia, including the type of constraint fire of the liver and gallbladder, and excessive yang harassing the spirit, the type of failure of the heart and kidney to interact declined to kidney yin deficiency and the type of liver constraint transforming into fire, insufficient of the spleen and stomach, which provided physicians with experience and methods during treatment of insomnia in clinic, thus improving the clinical effect.
