摘要
中国缺血性卒中患者的静脉溶栓率仅约1.6%,合理筛选静脉溶栓可获益人群是提高静脉溶栓率的突破点。多模式影像或可突破"时间窗"对静脉溶栓的限制,从而成为优化静脉溶栓筛选标准及提高溶栓率的有效方法。文章将针对多模式影像学指导静脉溶栓的研究进展进行综述。
The rate of intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) for acute ischemic stroke is about 1.6% in China. A rational screening for IVT candidates may be a breakthrough point for improving the rate of thrombolysis. Multi-modal imaging may be proved to break the “time window” restriction from IVT, thus has the potential to optimize the standard of IVT screening and to improve the thrombolytic rate. In this review, we will discuss the research progress ofIVT guided by multi-model imaging.
