土木工程视角的减霾措施

Measures to Reduce Haze from the Perspective of Civil Engineering

摘要 雾霾灾害作为一种气象灾害对人们的生命和健康,社会的经济和发展产生了威胁.尤其在城市和工业园区,频繁的施工建设和工业废气排放是雾霾形成的主要原因.因此土木工程及相关产业对雾霾形成和扩散起到了重要的作用.为解决土木工程产业对气候环境带来的诸多不良影响,从工程规划和设计、工程施工、工程材料生产与创新等全生命周期阐述了雾霾的防灾减灾措施.结果表明从土木工程产业整治气候环境污染有助于减少雾霾灾害发生,提升产业形象和经济效益. Fog and haze disaster,a meteorological disaster,will endanger people's life and health,and societal economy and development.Particularly in urban and industrial areas,frequent constructions and industrial emissions are the main causes of haze formation.Therefore,civil engineering and its related industries have played a significant role in the formation and diffusion of haze.In order to solve the adverse effects of the civil engineering industry on the climatic environment,the paper endeavors to present the prevention and mitigation measures of haze from the structural whole life cycle including engineering planning and design,construction,material production and innovation.The results show that the remediation of the environmental pollution by the civil engineering industry helps reduce the haze disaster and enhance the industrial image and economic benefit..
