摘要
结直肠癌的发病机制涉及多因素的相互作用,其中免疫因素起有重要作用。固有免疫和适应性免疫产生的大量细胞因子对肿瘤发生、发展起有决定性作用。而肿瘤细胞通过自身适应性变化可改变细胞因子的表达及其作用。本文就细胞因子在结直肠癌发生中的作用及其研究进展作一综述。
The pathogenesis of colorectal cancer involves multi-factorial interaction,and immunity plays an important role. Innate immunity and adaptive immunity produce a large number of cytokines which play a decisive role in tumor development. Meanwhile,tumor cells can change the expression and effect of cytokines via their adaptive changes. This article reviewed the role of cytokines in the development of colorectal cancer and its progress in research.
