A Study of the Interaction Between Preschool Children and Student Teachers Based on FIAS

摘要 以D市某师范学院学前教育专业的4名本科实习生作为研究对象,分别对其在教育实习过程中组织的一次集体教学活动进行观察、录像,并且运用修订后的FIAS进行数据分析。研究发现,实习生师幼互动行为呈现出能够给予幼儿表达机会但仍由教师主控,师幼互动的状态较多呈现无效的沉寂、混乱的特点。 Taking 4 student teachers who major in preschool childhood education as subjects,the paper is an analysis of a recording and observation of their collective teaching activities based on the improved Flanders Interaction Analysis System(FIAS) to observe the interaction between student teachers and their preschool children.The study reveals that though student teachers can offer more opportunities to preschool children to express themselves,their interaction is still controlled by the mentors;and the interaction is characterized by occasional silence and disorder,hence rather ineffective.
