从“翻转课堂”热看我国中小学教学改革的困境和对策

摘要 "翻转课堂"模式诞生于美国,却在中国引发了狂热的追捧浪潮。"翻转课堂"中国热折射出我国中小学教学改革的四大困境:创造力枯竭,课堂创新靠"进口";利益驱动,教学改革偏离了学生的发展轨迹;教师失语,改革行动被动听指挥;试点草率,宣传推广好大喜功。我国中小学教学改革要突破困境可从四个方面着手:创造条件,鼓励课堂创新;规范制度建设,建立教学改革的长效机制;转变观念,明确教师在教学改革中的主体地位;改革成果推广方式,变强制性推广为服务性推广。 Originated in the USA,"flipped classroom" triggers a maniac pursuit in China.The mania of "flipped classroom"reflects four major plights of China's classroom reform,i.e.the exhausted creativity because of the import of classroom innovation,the benefit-driven classroom reform deviating from student development,the teacher aphasia because of passive obedience to commands and the hasty experiments with undue promotion.China's classroom reform should break through the plights from the following four aspects:Firstly,to create the condition to encourage the classroom innovation;secondly,to standardize the regulation establishment to build a long-term mechanism;thirdly,to change the beliefs to ensure the teachers' main position in the classroom;lastly,to change the way of result promotion from compulsory extension to service promotion.
