摘要
培养创新创业人才是高校人才培养的根本目标,合理的培养模式是能否实现这一目标的关键。构建"公共平台+产教融合模块+第二课堂"的三位一体创新创业人才培养模式,将创新创业教育贯穿于人才培养的全过程,充分利用校内外资源,整合第一、第二课堂的育人功能,通过项目驱动教学模式和形成性评价机制,使创新创业人才培养目标初步实现。
The cultivation of innovative talents is the fundamental goal of personnel training in colleges and universities.The reasonable training mode is the key to achieving this goal.By constructing the trinity innovative personnel training mode,the innovation and entrepreneurship education is performed in the whole process of personnel training.The resources both inside and outside the school are to be fully made use of to integrate the educational function of the first and second classroom,and to preliminarily achieve the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship training through project-driven teaching mode and formative evaluation mechanism.
