摘要
以社会学中的角色理论为基础,以宁波工程学院学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,从形象特征、专业素质、工作方式等角度,了解当前大学生对辅导员的角色有如下需求:社会认知和人生观念的引路人、一视同仁的知心人、民主的管理者、规章制度的灵活变通者。并提出了如何成为复合型辅导员的对策及建议:不断学习科学理论与文化知识,提高知识素养,拓宽视野;提升理论水平,积累工作经验,创新工作方法;发挥主观能动性,成为联系学校和学生之间的"桥梁"。
With the role theory in sociology as the theoretical basis,taking students in Ningbo University of Technology as research subjects,and through a questionnaire and varied interviews,the paper investigates students' specific needs of counselors from the perspectives of image characteristics,professional quality and work modes.Counselors are required to be a guide of students ' social cognition and life outlooks,an intimate friend who treats all equally,a democratic manager,and a flexible executor of regulations.This paper then presents some countermeasures and advice on becoming an interdisciplinary counselor by constantly learning scientific theories to promote the theoretical proficiency,updating knowledge,broadening the horizon,accumulating work experience,innovating work methods,playing the subjective initiative,and turning into a "bridge"between colleges and students.
