摘要 以学校态度作为学生学校适应的研究维度,通过对西部11省14县8 047名中小学生进行调查与分析发现,西部地区农村寄宿生的学校适应性显著差于非寄宿生,女生的适应性显著高于男生;不同年级学生在学校喜欢和学校回避上的得分不同,初二学生学校喜欢程度最低,回避得分最高。寄宿生学校适应是一个动态的过程,学生身心发展特征和心智成熟程度是适应差异的决定性因素。改善寄宿生生活条件,对寄宿生进行团体心理辅导,加强对宿管人员的培训培养并提高其综合素养,提升师生关系的亲密度,畅通寄宿生与家长的沟通渠道等外在支持,是提高寄宿生学校适应性的重要举措。 From the perspective of school attitude,this study sampled 8 047 elementary and middle school students,across 14 counties of 11 provinces in Western China.The paper finds that the boarding students exhibit less school attachment than non-boarding students,and girl students show better attachment than boy students.Students from different grades exhibit differential degrees of school refusal,represented by refusal scoring,among which the second-year middle school students show the strongest school refusal with highest refusal scores.The dynamics of boarding students' adaptation towards schools largely depends on their own characteristics and maturity.Multiple solutions would help boarding students develop better school attachment,including improving dormitory amenities,starting group psychological counseling,refining the housing administration,and strengthening the student-faculty intimacy and student-parent communication.
