SEM Observation on Seeds of Five Kinds of Species of Lonicera Linn.

应用扫描电镜对5种忍冬属植物种子的微形态进行观察、照相和定性描述.依据种子表皮纹饰特征,5种忍冬属植物种子可分为2种纹饰类型:网状纹饰和孔状纹饰;同时,详细观察和描述种子形态和纹饰,编制忍冬属植物分种的种子检索表.研究结果可为忍冬属的分类、种质资源保育和良种选育提供理论依据.

To observe,photograph and characterize the micromorphology of five species of Lonicera seeds by using Scanning Electron Microscopy. These five species of Lonicera seeds were divided into two categories based on characteristics of the seed epidermis： mesh sculptures and hole-like sculptures. Meanwhile,carefully observed and described the seed morphology and ornamentation,and then compiled the seed key of various Lonicera species,which can provide a theoretical basis for the classification,germplasm conservation and breeding of Lonicera.
