摘要
分别采用氨基酸分析仪、钒钼黄比色法和火焰光度法测定蒙古栎无性系对比林中无性系间叶片氮磷钾含量.结果表明:无性系间氮磷钾含量差异均达极显著水平(F=91.76^(**),F=85.35^(**),F=294.10^(**)).其中,19号无性系中全氮含量最高,为20.16 g/kg,3号含量最低,仅为12.992 g/kg;9号无性系全磷含量最高,为6.165 9 g/kg,15号最低,仅为1.260 1 g/kg;9号无性系全钾含量最高,为56.325 6 g/kg,15号最低,仅为20.901 3 g/kg.依据研究结果,可以选育氮磷钾含量高的无性系用来饲养柞蚕、加工饲料、栽培木耳等;选育氨基酸含量高的无性系开发保健饮品.
The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium content in the leaf of Mongolian oak clone were determined by amino acid analyzer,vanadium molybdenum yellow colorimetric method and flame photometry was used to determine.The N,P2O5 and KO content in the leaves among Mongolian oak clones were analyzed.The results showed:There was very significant differences of N,P 2 O 5 and KO content among Mongolian oak clones( F=91.76 * * ,F=85.35 * * ,F=294.10 * * ).The highest content of total nitrogen was No.19 clone (20.16 g/kg),and No.3 clone was the lowest(12.992 g/kg).The highest content of total phosphorus and total potassium was No.9 clone (6.165 9 g/kg and 56.325 6 g/kg).The lowest content of total phosphorus and total potassium was No.15 clone (1.260 1 g/kg and 20.901 3 g/kg).The good clone with high nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content was selected for silkworm farming,processing feed,cultivated fungus.And the high amino acid content clone can be used to develop health drinks.
