摘要
以高校大学生为研究对象,通过网上随机抽样调查,从医生技术、医疗费用、看病时间以及服务态度四个维度对大学生对校医院服务的满意度进行测评,得出大学生对校医院不满意的前四项为药品齐全程度30%、病情好转29%、诊疗手段28%、专业技术水平26%,分析得出满意度对忠诚度的影响极强,并提出提高大学生对校医院服务满意度的建议。
Taking college students as the research object,through online random sampling survey,the satisfaction of college students' service to school hospitals is evaluated from four dimensions: doctor technology,medical expenses,time of treatment and service attitude. The first four items are 30% completeness of medicine,29% improvement of condition,28% of diagnosis and treatment,and 26% of professional technical level. The analysis shows that satisfaction has a strong influence on loyalty,and suggestions are proposed to improve the satisfaction of college students in school hospital service.
