行业人才需求与专业人才供给的平衡性分析——以应用统计学专业为例

Balance analysis between demand and supply of professionals——taking the applied statistics major as an example

高校培养人才是为国家发展服务的,只有当行业人才需求与专业人才供给达到平衡时才是一种良好的社会状态。研究行业人才需求与专业人才供给的平衡性对提高就业率和指导高校教学改革具有重要的意义。以应用统计学专业为例,在大数据统计行业对人才需求分析结果的指引下,结合拟合优度检验法对行业人才需求与专业人才供给的平衡性进行分析。通过实验结果可以推测我国应用统计学专业人才的供给与行业人才需求是一种不平衡状态。

Colleges and universities training talents serve for the development of the country. It is a good social state when it reaches a balance between the industry talent demand and professional talent supply. So it is significance to study the balance between above two aspects for improving employment rate and guiding teaching mode innovation of colleges and universities. In this work,we take applied statistics major as an example to analyze the balance between the industry talent demand and professional talent supply with goodness of fit test method under the analysis results of the demand for talents in big data industries. It can be inferred from the experimental results that the applied statistics professional talent supply and industry talent demand are unbalanced.
