情报不仅仅具有传递信息的功能,还能在传递信息之后进行人工智能加工,已充分利用在经济、科技等领域。我国的科技情报虽然在一些方面取得了比较大的成就,但是科技情报机构本来拥有的信息资源收集能力在逐渐退化。从科技情报机构进行分析,探究我国科技情报工作中存在的一些问题以及转型的方式。

Intelligence can not only carry out the function of transmitting information,but also can process artificial intelligence after transmitting information. These aspects have been fully utilized in related fields such as economy,science and technology. Nowadays, although China ＇s scientific and technological information has made great achievements in some aspects,the ability of scientific and technological information institutions to collect information resources has gradually deteriorated. In this paper,the author will analyze from the current scientific and technological intelligence agencies to explore some problems in China＇s scientific and technological information work and the way of transformation.
