Construction engineering is a key development project in China. It has a close relationship with people＇s production and life. In order to further improve the quality of construction projects,it is necessary to fully understand the importance of construction engineering management, ensure the overall construction safety of the project, and comprehensively improve the construction quality of the project. Only by fully recognizing the problems in the management of construction projects can the construction project management work be implemented throughout the construction process. Starting from the three aspects of influencing factors,problem factors and solutions,combined with the actual situation of construction engineering,systematic analysis and research were made on engineering management issues.
