近年来,各地不断有关于大学生杀人及自杀案件的报道,这些频频爆出的案件显示出高校心理健康教育工作尚未完善,忽视对学生积极心理的培养以及心理素质的提高。通过优化高校心理健康教育教学,提高心理健康教育教学质量,培养学生积极向上的心理状态,帮助指导学生有效解决心理问题,促进学生心理健康水平的提高。

In recent years,there have been reports of murder and suicide cases among college students. These frequently-occurring cases show that the mental health education work in colleges and universities has not been perfected,neglecting the cultivation of students ＇ positive psychology and improving their psychological quality. By optimizing the teaching of mental health education in colleges and universities,improving the quality of mental health education,and cultivating students＇ positive psychological state,it can help students to effectively solve psychological problems and promote students＇ mental health.
