输电线路初步设计评审技术要点分析

设计评审是对一项设计进行正式的、系统的评估活动,由不直接涉及设计工作的人员执行。本文分析了输电线路在初步设计评审中应注意的要点:了解设计常见问题,掌握设计评审的工作要求,提升设计技术水平与设计评审能力。为建设方提供安全、经济、合理的输电线路设计成果。本文以"雅鲁河—泰中线路π入齐南变220 k V线路工程"为例,结合黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市地区特色,按线路路径、气象条件、导地线、绝缘配合、杆塔及基础逐项进行了阐述,以供人们参考。

Design review is a formal,systematic evaluation of a design performed by people who are not directly involved in the design work. This paper analyzes the main points that should be paid attention to in the preliminary design review of transmission lines： understanding the common problems of design,mastering the work requirements of design review,and improving the design technology level and design review ability. Taking ＂Yalu River-Taizhong line πinto Qinan transformer 220 k V line project＂as an example,this paper combines the regional characteristics of Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province,it makes explanation according to the route route,meteorological conditions,grounding line,insulation coordination,tower and foundation.
