集约化物流管理是在当代电力企业中一项非常重要的业务管理活动,这一管理模式对整个电力企业的正常发展具有至关重要的意义。在整个电力物资管理中,电力企业物资仓储管理仍然存在不足之处,主要原因是制度和人员的影响,当前的这种状况给电力物资集约化物流管理工作带来了很多麻烦。结合电力物资相关企业的实际工作情况,总结了物资集约化物流管理中已有的管理问题,并提出相应的改进措施。

Intensive logistics management is a very important business management activity in contemporary power companies. This management model is of vital importance to the normal development of entire power company. In entire power material management,there are still deficiencies in material resources management in power companies. The main reason is the influence of the system and personnel. The current situation has brought a lot of troubles to the intensive logistics management of power materials. Combined with the actual work situation of power materials related enterprises,the existing management problems in material intensive logistics management are summarized, and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
