Application of ERP Management System in Asset Procurement in Colleges and Universities

目前,全国高校仍采用独立财务系统核算所有经济业务。本文以用友ERP U8 V10.1管理系统为例,阐述了ERP管理系统在高校固定资产采购业务中的应用,并对比两种处理方法的优缺点,分析了高校在固定资产采购业务应用ERP管理系统的优势,对于高校推广应用ERP管理系统起到了引领作用。

At present, colleges and universities in China still adopt independent financial system to deal with accounting jobs. Taking the ERP U8 V 10.1 of Yongyou （formerly UFIDA） Software as the example, this paper elaborates how to apply ERP management system in asset procurement. After comparing the two approaches, the author concludes that ERP system has an advantage over the independent financial system currently used. It is hoped that the analysis of these advantages will play a leading role in promoting ERP system in colleges and universities.
