“麦格纳双元制”人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 "双元制"是德国重要的校企合作人才培养模式,为了对其进行本土化创新,天津中德应用技术大学以"麦格纳双元制班"作为试点,对其进行探索和研究,建立校企"联合招生、订单培养、合作育人、定岗就业"的培养机制,完善教学文件、相关制度及标准,推进学校教师与企业导师互聘互用、专职教师与兼职教师相结合的"双师型"师资队伍建设,创新工学结合、实践为主、理论为辅、知行合一的人才培养模式,构建可借鉴、可复制、可推广的研究成果,以促进我国高职教育健康发展。 "Dual system" is an important talent training mode for school enterprise cooperation in Germany. To localize the system, Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences, taking the magna dual system class as a pilot and through exploring and studying, establishes training mode with school-enterprise" combined enrollment, order type training, cooperating education and employment of fixed post, perfects basic documents, rules and standards, pushes the construction of the mutual employment between school teachers between full-time teacher and part-time teacher, innovates the talent training mode with work-integrated learning, priority to students" practice, theory as supplement and the unity of knowledge and practice and constructs research results that could be used for reference, be replicated and be popularized in order to promote China higher vocational education.
